  1. Feel like we’re in a death spiral of inflation with pubs now.

    Food and drinks in them are both stupidly overpriced now to cope with food, rent, energy and staffing costs. The latter is high because staff have to pay the former three things, meaning they are much less likely to pay high prices in pubs when they get the chance.
