The article confirms he’s been living in the State for a decade. Never come to Garda attention before and has an indefinite leave to remain. But may have stabbed someone because he was aggrieved about a social welfare payment.

  2. Finally an explanation. The blood is clearly on the Social Welfare office’s hands. If we can’t get this gentleman’s Jobseekers payment into his hand, on time and in full then how can we expect him not to get a bus to Dublin Airport to enquire about the whereabouts of said payment.

  3. Anytime there’s a random stabbing, was it committed by a migrant? Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

    But was it committed by someone on the dole? 100%

  5. I’m not sure why you’re trying to make hay from this. It’s absolutely not a good version of events for those generally in favour of immigration (like me).

  8. So no religious motivation ? Just not happy with the amount of money and state support he’s been getting in the last 10 years…… and yet he’d the money to be flying to other countries ?

    Strange that’s almost like an excuse is being made to point away from any other motivations he may have had.
