Not that I dislike the others, but I do feel like Belgium and Italy got the better treatment here.

A bit sad that the Kingdom of Norway was under the boot of the Swedish when relations with Japan was established.
Foreign affairs was the only aspect of the personal union between the kingdoms of Norway and Sweden (1814-1905), apart from sharing a monarch with Sweden, that made Norway not strictly an independent country.
