On this website [https://gocar.be/nl](https://gocar.be/nl) there are used cars for sale. I see some of the cars overall look good such as [this one](https://gocar.be/nl/autos/peugeot/308/16-boite-auto-probleme-export-ou-marchand/id/4021998), yet the price is so low, \~1500 Euro. I am new to Belgium and it is going to be the first time I buy a car. Are these prices legitimate?

The ad says “*export ou marchand uniquement. Problème de boite de vitesse !!!!!!!!!!!”. So basically some of the moving thingies are not moving in a way those thingies are supposed to move. Which also means the car probably won’t move.
I would stay away if you are not a mechanic or if you don’t know much about cars. Also EURO4, so it will cost you to drive it in Low Emission Zones.
I do not know about cars in general, but this price seems very low. There is also the word ‘problem’ in the description of the car, so that does not sound reassuring.
