I ordered some stuff from Office (uk website) and they sent it through aramex/dpd. It supposedly arrived in Malta 2 weeks ago. Last update was it’s going through customs procedures and it’s been radio silence since then.
Does anyone know if this is normal? I buy stuff from amazon japan/ali/shein and it never takes this long. How long does “customs procedures” usually last?
Also, I received this text from “UPS” but it looks really sketchy lol plus it’s been flagged as a phishing attempt by melita

When someone is texting you from France (+33) in Maltese about a package from the UK…
Run away and block that number. There is actually no version of reality in which they are not trying to con you.
EDIT: Also, delivery companies email. Because it’s free. Texts are not free. Always trust in corporate greed! It’s the one great truth.
