These articles always feel like a bit of a dig, don’t they. “Money Diaries – people who are better than you.”
It’s like that show How to live mortgage free on channel 4 a few years ago. 1 got a massive inheritance from a grandmother, the other bought a barge and lives in the middle of nowhere in Norfolk and the last had not spent a penny on anything or gone on holiday beyond their garden for 8-9 years. And that was a 2 income household if I remember correctly.
It’s just like all those shows on RTE where someone comes to help people who are broke all the time. But they’ve always got a lot of money and constantly making bad decisions with it.
