Russia reportedly attacked the Lviv region with 18 Shahed-type drones, on the night of September 19, 2023. Three struck industrial warehouses in the city of Lviv. One man was found dead under the rubble.
Lviv Mayor Andrii Sadovyi (translated):^1
>“I have just spoken to the head of [international charity] Caritas. They have recently received humanitarian aid shipments – warm items, clothing, footwear, generators – in order to send them all over Ukraine from Lviv. Now it’s all on fire. Also, there were the warehouses containing wooden windows and doors. This is one of the largest fires in terms of destruction.”

Sabotage? Someone told the russians where to hit
Time to boost donations then. Russia wont succeed
Part of Russia’s genocidal winter campaign. Destroy all the cold weather equipment designed to keep the Ukrainian population warm this winter. Next I am sure we will see another wave of attacks on Ukraine’s power infrastructure.
It didn’t work last winter and won’t work this winter. Russia are plain stupid if they think that will break Ukraine’s will to resist Russia. It will simply do the opposite.
Maybe this will jolt some wavering doubters over ATACM’s
We will just have to get busy and make it up and with some extra supplies on top of that. We can do it.
I don’t get why they have used such a huge warehouse. Big warehouses seem to me unusable in these circumstances.
Everything received should be spread around as many small warehouses as possible.
Better yet, it should be distributed directly to the regional local warehouses, without ever stopping in a “centralized” location waiting for distribution. Inefficient probably but in these circumstances there’s no choice.
Using a huge warehouse when your enemy is a cruel, ruthless monster with zero morals trying to cause maximum damage… seems unwise. It’s making things easy for the Ruzzian terrorists.
Terrorists are gonna terrorize. That’s all Russia knows how to do.
