It’s a nice sentiment, but Russia doesn’t recognise The Hague, they’ll just happily ignore any judgement which is reached.
Nothing will come out of this. Western governments are too pussy to enforce anything serious against russia.
It might not lead to any direct actions from countries but I think this will help shape the discussion in the ones that recognize the court. It will become more difficult to call it a “conflict” or condemn misconduct “on both sides” when it’s officially recognized as a genocide.
