3. Picture 6 that’s a prettybad crack going through the whole wall, and it looks like the front could fall away if anymore water gets in

6. Seems like major structural problems aside from the filthy black mold. Pretty dangerous and probably wouldn’t be insurable if it was inspected.

7. Fucking state of that place. I never understood, why don’t they do anything before taking pictures? Like, there’s piles of clothes all over the furniture etc. Makes it look even worse than it already is.

10. I thought the mould was bad and unsafe until I scrolled through and noticed all the massive cracks across the front wall including one that’s staircasing. That house desperately needs structural work.
