Which option does not require the employer to pay the 2 week leave?
2023-09-26
My 100% contract has been changed to extra help by mutual agreement. Which option should be chosen and will the employer have to pay the 2 week leave as for example in permiterring?
If it has been changed by mutual agreement the correct answer is “The employee has resigned from the position”. You will not be entitled to anything from the employer beyond what you have agreed to. You will also not be entitled to any unemployment from NAV for the first 18 weeks after voluntarily resigning from your job, unless there are some special circumstances.
