It would be more realistic to say that some communities can integrate or co-exist just fine and others do not for cultural and religious reasons. It’s also a much more serious problem than most people want to admit. We have actual fucking slaves in this country but how often does the media highlight this?
She’s just the mouthpiece for the extreme right and no one will ever call her on it because she’s minority ethnic herself – but everything she says is written by an enclave of old, rich, fat white men (I believe they call themselves the 1922 Committee)

You just have to look at a poll of British Muslims to know that it has failed.

It has failed. It just isn’t the cool and accepted opinion to have right now. Take London for example, London is culturally fractured and is on a fast decline. Knife crime is rampant, cultural gangs vying for control, a Mayor that cut his teeth on suing the police now holds them to account. All the while the Police are push and pulled on how to police whilst their procedures are bent out of shape to conform to the latest lefty policies e.g. Stop and search. The last 20 years of London is a how to not run a city.

Wow. I know it’s not that unpopular of an opinion in general but I didn’t think we were at a point where the home secretary would directly just come out and say it.
I live in a street where my neighbours are British, Irish, Romanian, Cantonese, South African, and Brazilian. We all get along great. I think multiculturalism is doing just fine.
Before anyone asks, I live in a small town in Hampshire, not in London.
This rhetoric just creates more fear for people you’ve never met. You have to worry about a government that only stokes fear and division rather than hope and peace. It usually means they intend to take freedoms away from people.
She is absolutely right. We are a European nation and we should have a European culture and demographic core. If you disagree you implicitly support European cultural genocide.
The double speak is unreal. Has she forgotten she is the child of immigrants. She is the multi culturalism she is scared of.
