Why though? Armenians are leaving en masse and any Armenian who is captured by Azerbaijani troops risk summary execution or being charged with “terrorism” and whisked away to a cell in Baku. At this rate there won’t be any Armenians there by the end of this month. You should have sent observers months ago.

To be fair, it think it’s sanest things i heard coming out of Annalenchen.
