Just saw this when I was drawing the curtains. No idea how this happened! Didn’t ever hear it crack or anything but it’s on the inside. I don’t have renter’s insurance. Building is managed by an agency. I suppose they won’t take over the repairs. What should I do? Get it repaired on my own? How much could this possibly cost?
You are renting, this is not your property. You HAVE TO inform the landlord/agency, they will handle the repair. The question whether they will bill you or not, is secondary.
