There’s 6 different things here, seems like pickled apples and cabbage, pasta, pulled pork, sliced beef, fried rice, and fried mashed potato. Please enlighten me.
None of this rings a bell. The right thing looks like roasted beef which isn’t a thing in Germany. The red thing looks different from how Red cabbage is made in Germany, it looks closer to a vegetable from Middle Eastern cuisine. Noodles aren’t a German food except for in certain regions and they don’t look like this there. Rice isn’t a German food except for Milchreis (milk rice) which obviously is something different. I have no idea what that stuff on the top right is, I’ve never seen it in German cuisine before.
The top left thing is a Rösti/Kartoffelpuffer I think, looks a bit odd but acceptable. And they are never served like this, they are eaten with apple sauce or beet syrup for instance.
Sorry to say but this is an awful representation of German cuisine
