I am interested in a photograph from the early 1920s that shows a modern (not ballet) dancer in a gauzy costume with bare feet. We believe this photograph was taken in Los Angeles around 1923. The back of the photograph has [this hand-written inscription](https://imgur.com/Vd1qOGP) which looks to us like “Eileen Glaue // Denmark.”
Is anyone here familiar with a Danish modern dance company that toured Los Angeles in the early 1920s? Or with Eileen Glaue (if that’s the name)?
I know this is a long shot but thought I’d try anyway.
