  1. Write off their loans AND give them sizeable pay rises too, right?

    I mean yeah go for it, my wife’s a student paramedic so we’d stand to gain from it.

    But that’s not sensible, balanced or how it can or should work, plus they already get various bursaries while learning.

    How about we just pay them properly to a point repaying a student loan doesn’t become an issue.

  2. So we bring other people over, train them for free, write off the loans so they pay nothing back and they can continue to send all their money abroad out the country?

  3. Or here’s a thought.. don’t charge medical students tuition fees.
