Is anyone actually suprised by this ? Russian bot farms did this throughout the 2016 US elections and during the UK brexit referendum. However it is hilariously pathetic that a heap of these hyper nationalist anti vax anti migrant “patriots” are just pawns to these oversees bot farms.

I seen lot of racist and homophobic post from Irish twitter though.
And this has been going on for more than year.
I only read silently and do not engage. But I also found out predominantly, with many anti-migrant profiles on Irish twitter.
Lot of them profiles, claim to be born in Ireland. But moved to US of A.
Which I found hilarious. Because they ramble about how Irish people’s lives are effected due to immigration and LGBT etc. But they don’t even live in Ireland.
