1. If someone complained about getting done the morning after 5 pints he would be eaten alive here.

   Same story here, if you’re above the limit according to the machine that’s it, take your punishment

3. I would be arguing this with a judge this is a draconian situation for people who use cannabis whatever reasons.

   Losing your livelihood if you drive for work for smoking a joint on Sunday and tested on a Wednesday

4. Would be interesting to see if they treat someone with a perscription the same way. I would imagine they drop the charges to avoid setting a precedent.

5. Honestly this is just state abuse.
