I found the disapproval of a living wage here yesterday interesting. One of the largest hotels in Dublin the Clayton Ballsbridge and this is how they treat staff. Employers will only treat their employees fairly if made to by law and sometimes that is not even enough.

  1. Not to dismiss but 1 comment can be a disgruntled exemployee but no pattern. Is there any other posts that are similar?

  6. You have to be awfully Naive to believe that HR is there for employee – that’s what unions are for.

    Never ever trust HR. They’re there to protect the business and whoever the business says to protect.
