This is old news. At the time the story broke, there was a lot more detail. The issue is not with NAMA per se (although they could have done a better job by publicising the issues rather than just accepting it), but with our law enforcement.
Basically, a scumbag family threatened violence against anyone looking to buy the properties (or facilitate the sale), thus causing the value to drop to next to nothing and then bought them for next to nothing.
The cunts should be in jail and the properties seized by the state as the proceeds of crime.
