I am looking at property in Bulgaria and am very confused by the area advertised for sale being different from the actual area of the flat.
The listing for this property says 103square meters, but the architecture plan says 69 square meters. Where is the extra 34 square meters hiding? Even if it included a cellar, that would be huge!
This is the same for all the listings I am looking at. Help is appreciated, thank you!
