1. I think it’s a prank.

2. People I know do this so they don’t have to bring the bag into their car if they didn’t pass a bin when out walking. They then bin it when they’re home. Likely the person driving put it there to avoid the smell in the car.

4. If its dogshit like ppl are saying, let’s hope it’s mostly air in that bag. Either that or lad’s taking his horse for a walk
