Found this cat in bertrange. It’s very friendly and seems as if it had a sort of collar worn on it before. It’s meowing a lot and it seems to be walking to nowhere.

Update: it seems as if it has some kind of blue collar on. I don’t know what I can do here now. It seems quite bulky hidden under its fur near its head. I don’t know if it opens or not.
