Hello! I am planning to buy a Vespa (50cc or Sprint – 150cc) in the future, for this I would like to start doing basic steps and if you have experience in this I would appreciate your comments:
1. Is a Vespa considered a vehicle that requires a driver’s license? If so, what type of license?
2. Is there a scooter driving school or a person dedicated to teaching from basic levels? Recommendations are welcome.
3. Any Vespa club in Luxembourg? I would like to be in touch.
