I moved out from Germany permanently last February. I didn’t close cancel my contract with a telephone company. In fact, in tried 20 days before my departure date but I needed to write a letter to the head company office In munich. I send the letter + I used an online firm that is specialized in canceling contracts. 1 month after I quite the country, the telephone company is asking me for further document that proves I am outside Germany😒. I started to collect the documents when I realized that I need a deregistration certificate from the ausländerbehörde. I started to postpone the process until yesterday when I received this. Any suggestions on what should I do please 🙏.

According to the screenshot, they state “weiter unten” a contract with O2. Which apparently you did not cancel. What went wrong here, whether the online firm didn’t work out or whatever, is not relevant now.
Which means you probably still have a running contract which you should make sure to get cancelled permanently.
As for the ksp guys who sent you this: You have to take this seriously. Of course there is a huge increase between the original 165.68 EUR from the contract and the 393.24 they are charging you now! Did they give you an itemized bill that breaks it down?
You may have to pay this, and I suggest you get in contact with ksp to ask for payment in installments! Tell them that you are willing to pay but that you cannot pay it in one bank transfer and ask for a plan – maybe 40 EUR over 10 months is doable?
