Hello fellow german speakers!

I recently bought a car from Germany and now I would like to figure it out what does “WAPV” mean. Maybe some of you are interested in cars enough to know what this is. It would be important for me to know what was changed on the car before. Maybe something related to “wasser pumpe”? Because when they change the belts, usually the a pump is changed too.
