I am trying to setup a light fixture in my appartment. The fixture has one 1 live port and 1 neutral port. There are two sets of wires coming from the ceiling. Each set contains a live, neutral and earth wire, but while one set has current, the other does not. How do i setup my light. Also to note, there is a light at the begging of the hall way which i setup but has no current and i suspect connects to this one i am trying to setup. How do i go about this?
