my friend got me this telling me its powdered milk, even tho it doesnt taste like it, its also clumpy and has a weird texture/feeling. is it mixed with anything? (startch or something) also what is that 25 percent?

Milk. Powdered. 26% fat. Not mixed with anything. Maybe it’s the first time when you actually tried the real powdered milk in your life : )

No it has no additives.
Its not 25 but 26%. Its weight percent of fat in this powdered milk.
It says if you wanna get 125ml of 3% milk to 16g of powdered milk add 110 water 40-50 degrees C.
Some people love it some hate it. Its awesome for cooking, shakes, baking ect.
