I am planning to quit the current appartment in the next 6 months, so I want to start fixing it since now
My first step is to refinish the wood floor, the 1 room appartement is 23 meter sq
When I join it, the appartement was 1 year and half old and I’m the second tenant the wood floor has small Scratches but I was not informed that anything stay on it even water if it is not dry in the next seconds.
When I informed the landlord, he Said that I should take care, but one day an oil bottle was down by accident from my hand and it makes a lot of places instantly

The state of the floor was like that since I moved in but without the oil places that are visible
So currently there are lot of places on it , and a painting is needed.
Do you have please an idea how much it can cost?

Paint does not look like a good idea.
Ask a professional.
Paint?!? No. Get a professional (google parkettleger) and ask them. To me the floor looks like someone forgot the surface finish. Its not normal for a wood floor to stain this easy.
