A dhl retailer seems to have sent my package away? I tried to pick it up today. he was a bit rude, on a phone call and instead of asking what I wanted he told me to send the info via WhatsApp. When I sent a screenshot he printed it out and tried to charge me 10 cents. I told him it wasn’t what I wanted and he said he didn’t have it. Is there any logical reason it would leave the store or me marked as delivered before it arrived?
