Got scammed on Ebay.
The buyer bought the game for Nintendo Switch, said it is broken and wanted 30€ to fix it. I declined. Then they wanted to send it back (while my eBay article had Kein Rückgabe).
Ebay forced them to send me back the game and subtracted selling price (50€) from my eBay account. Of course, buyer sent an empty box back, and eBay doesn’t have any button to decline payment or anything like that.
What option do I have in Germany? My problem is not the 50€, but I don’t want to pay scammers, so I stopped using eBay for now, but I’m not sure what can I do in Germany about this situation?
