The second one is probably for running 1418 meters for some sport
The second one is Voluntary Sport Organization Dynamo (ДСО Динамо).
First one is from a Polytechnical Musem called “Friedrich Engels”, the second one is most likely from an event or a marathon although I couldn’t find much about it.
