I = Prewash II = Main wash Flower = Softener I: prewash II: main washing cycle Flower: softener If you do no-prewash standard cycle, just use II (and flower, if you want to add the softener) From top to bottom: Extra washng-liquid (if particularly dirty) Softener Regular washing liquid.
