Cigarettes are awful, but I personally question how effective these bans are. We’ve taxed them to death in Ireland, yet I know so many who can almost bypass these restrictions by buying these shitty cheap ones from Eastern Europe. I even know people who occassionally go back to their home nations like Latvia and Poland and bulk buys them for sale here. I don’t even know how they manage to get them back into the country.
