“and inform KFOR about it.” … that is so nice of them!
rather than “…and inform KFOR about it”, the closer translation is “..but we would inform KFOR about it” meaning they would ask politely, KFOR would say “No” and they would give up and retreat XD
A few months ago Serbia asked KFOR to send its own police to North Kosovo, KFRO said no, and …well.. nothing happened…Serbia gave up 😛
Not very up to date with Serbian politics, what is this supposed to distract the public from?

The ruling party is just trying to rile people up to sway the elections their way. Whenever something important is happening in Kosovo chances are either Serbia or Kosovo are having elections soon
Kfor should take out that mofo right away just for the threat.
