I live in north-west Germany somewhere near Duisburg. I’m not sure if this is mold. This dark stuff has appeared over the past few months on the bathroom cailing right above where the shower is. The wall is tiled right until above the head but part of the wall and the ceiling is white plaster. The bathtoom has no window but has a small ventilation fan and it is switched-on most of the time. Is this mold? If yes, how to get rid of it or prevent it from spreading?
