Man who has just had a book published and is giving a speech to the political party currently in power (a speech reported on the national broadcasters website) complains about being silenced.
Doesn’t seem silenced or cancelled. Just seems like nobody wants to hear what he has to say anymore.

Something that always strikes me as super tone-deaf and privileged is when losers like Glinner and other right-leaning celebrities get “cancelled” (read: receive minor pushback for a statement they made) and they complain about how cancelled they are while making a big media tour of it and going to all the press.

I’m not convinced cancel culture even exists. Basically a term used by individuals who have bolloxed up their own careers but don’t have the humility to admit it, so have to blame the “woke mob”. Guess what Graham! Your wife didn’t leave you because of cancel culture gone mad; she left you for being a shitty husband.
