“On Wednesday, cake sculpture artist Venla Daffeh’s edible bishop’s doughnut sculpture will be unveiled in the Hansakortteli shopping centre. It is inspired by Turku Castle.
Hansakortteli will distribute coffee and a piece of edible sculpture to the 500 fastest arrivals. The work will be unveiled on Wednesday at 12 noon. It’s only admirable for a moment, because it’s meant to be eaten.
The bishop’s doughnut sculpture is made from the bishop’s doughnuts of the Koski bakery.”
(“Bishop’s doughnut” = piispanmunkki, which means berliininmunkki in Turku language. 😀 )
