Hi, I’ve liability insurance with Get Safe. Yesterday, my friend took my e-bike and gave me his bike (Conway mountain bike).
He told me that he would return my bike at night but he didn’t. In that case, I bring his bike to my dormitory (I live there). Today, in the morning I saw that someone had stolen the bike.
My question: will my liability insurance cover this? Because the bike was with me and stolen.

Only if your policy covers items you borrowed. If that’s the case it’s irrelevant if they got stolen or if you broke them.
A liability insurance covers damages to a third party caused by your negligence (and defends you against unjustified claims in those matters). No idea whether your behaviour would be considered negligent. I certainly would not park an expensive bike like it seems you did (but I have no idea whether it was an expensive one…).
Not all liability insurances cover borrowed objects, though. My contract, for example, says “Abhandenkommen von fremden beweglichen Sachen bis 10.000 Euro”. Yours might differ, you will have to check the contract.
