  1. She wasn’t so drunk that she didn’t know he was underage.

    >The 13-year-old has ADHD and said he was so traumatised by the encounter that he tried to take his own life.
    >
    >’She was unknown to him and was clearly intoxicated. She sat between the two boys and began to touch and rub his genitals and the upper area of his thigh over his clothing whilst making highly inappropriate and sexualised comments.
    >
    >’She said she was going to ”ride him till morning”.
    >
    >’They had in fact been talking previously about his upcoming 14th birthday – and it was quite clear to them she knew how old he was.

Why do women never get jailed when a man would 🤔

  2. Once again the CJS plays down a sexual offence where the victim is a male, 12 month sentence suspended for 18 months. Reverse the genders and it’d be totally different

  3. Not to be “that guy”, but can you imagine the absolute chaos that would ensue if the genders were swapped?

  4. Alcohol should never be an excuse for a crime. If you cant behave yourself after drinking, don’t drink.

  5. If I said what I was thinking I’d probably get banned but just know I’m thinking it 🙃

  6. Send her to jail ffs, sexual assault by man or women shouldn’t be tolerated. Need harsher punishment for mugs like her

  7. In my mind this sentence is indefensible and as a society we really need to do something about the “lucky fella” attitude towards sexual assault on males.

Even the article has obviously gone through to find pictures of her looking as attractive as possible and uses phrases like started chatting them up, it would have a completely different tone if the perpetrator looked different.

  8. I agree with all the comments here so far. I would just like to add that given the opportunity, I’d fuck her, but I’m probably too old.

  9. Reverse the genders and it would be a long prison sentence. This country is a joke.

  10. Maybe I’m an extremist but I believe that any crime which leads to a child attempting to kill themselves should carry a sentence harsher than a slap on the wrist.

  11. The fact that she was actually arrested *at all* is a small miracle

  12. Not excusing her behaviour, but white wine is crazy stuff, I’ve noticed it makes some people go absolutely loopy for some reason, more so than other drinks.

  13. Everyone complaining with “reverse the genders” bs literally less than 1% of reported sexual assault leads to a conviction. It isn’t about gender equality this is a problem with the uk in general letting sexual abusers, peados and rapist off without any consequences.
