Mad that it took 2 years to go to court it seems pretty cut and dry. Don’t think the initial hearing was ever posted anywhere either
I’m glad the judge saw through the 5k offer, and I hope this guy is sacked from the Gardai.
He falls well below the standard of officer you would want to be dealing with a crime against a female
