  1. The housing prices are completely insane to me. It makes almost zero financial sense to buy.

    Renting increased about as much as the inflation rate, so overall is still relatively fairly priced.

    I’m sure it’s somewhat equivalent, if not, we are looking at a massive economic regression for future generations and horrible looming housing crisis, right? …right?

  3. In 2025 i have to leave my flat after 8 years. I have no idea where i can go as I can’t afford any of today rent prices. I’m thinking of leaving Switzerland for India lol.
