Damn he could offer to have his cell outfitted with a bed and carpet and be newly painted, maybe even have gold gilding on all fixtures, so he felt comfortable for the rest of his life, put a hd 100″ tv screen on one wall, so he can see a video of the sea and make believe he is on one of his yachts.
