TOKMAK AXIS /1400 UTC 4 OCT/ UKR remains in contact at Novoprokopivka & Verbove. As fighting continues, RU & occupation authorities report that limited evacuations have begun from Tokmak.

4. The fact that they are only now evacuating is good news.

   It shows that russia no longer has faith in being able to keep Ukraine from reaching Tokmak

   “It is already scorching in Tokmak: a few weeks ago the occupiers began to evacuate ‘authority’ bodies, and a few days ago the Russian officers began intensively evacuating their families.”

7. They are hitting the units on that southwest corner and the Russians are having problems reinforcing that area so it’s definitely good news.
