  18. i dont get why ukraines gov dont just properly enforce the “dont wear nazi shit on your uniforms” rule. i mean even if western media largely ignores it, it still fuels russian propaganda efforts and it certainly isnt doing them any good.

    and for people who are gonna say something about how its just military goofs, ive been in the military, i did my service too, and while we goofed off a lot we sure as fuck would not have been allowed to take it to the point where we ironically wear literally nazi patches.

    i dont think ukraine is some sort of secret nazi country, however i dont get why they dont put some actual effort into weeding out nazis or at least get rid of nazi symbols people put on their gear, for whatever reason. it cant possibly be that hard to just tell the military they need to screen very aggressively for this stuff and get rid of it as it impacts ukraines standing in the world and fuels russian propaganda.

    like really, WHY is this a thing? why wasnt this immediately cracked down on when it became clear this was the approach russia would officially take towards the “why” of the war?
