Someone would need to explain that this isn’t the type of stretching the fitness instructor was talking about.

How about no.
If that is the basis of his appeal then I’m delighted because it means he’s got fuck all other grounds to appeal on.
Only another 36.5 years until he gets out.
Good luck to the appeal judge keeping a straight face.
I can never tell what direction he’s walking in from photos.
What an absolute clown
Imagine the precedent. Years of cases thrown out because other things were happening. 4D chess!

Judges retire to their chambers.
The family thinks he’s innocent

Part of me thinks that’s understandable, but still
….
Hopefully Gemma O’Doherty and the pond scum who follow her turn up to support him by protesting outside the court to help bolster his case
I remember reading about this case and thinking the evidence they had against him was flimsy. All they seemed to have was that some guy in America said that Brady had told him he was a cop killer. Surely you can’t convict someone for murder with that evidence? I thought it was have to be way more substantial. Anyone with any clue about this stuff, have anymore insight into this case?
His features really belong on a much smaller head.
That’s a lot of head!
His face looks like you did a mirror filter and stood too close to the camera
