  1. He’s been talking about the judge for a long time – the gag order was to prevent him talking about the court staff.

That said, probably is “just a matter of time” – put a microphone in front of him and stand back.

  2. Maybe fine him. Like 5% of what he says his net worth is.

  3. At this point, I think he wants to get locked up before the end of the trial so he can tell his idiot horde that he was locked up without a trial.

  4. It boils down to someone in the judiciary to take the courage to act in this new territory and defend democracy.

  5. He will not stop until this gag order is actually enforced. At the end of the day, its a simple matter of getting the balls to treat Trump like any of the rest of us. Hold him accountable or suffer the consequences.

  6. Oh no, will he now face the dreaded Double Gag Order?! Stay tuned to find out on the next exciting episode of “There is no Law in the US”.

  7. Trump *WANTS* to go to jail – purely for the fundraising optics. he’s going to make this a reality one way or another in an effort to galvanize the entire republican population behind him.

  8. I have the suspicion he’s doing it on purpose to go to jail to energize his base

  9. I’ve started working on covering Humble Pie’s 30 Days in the Hole in anticipation of the hammer coming down…it’ll never happen, but a Steve Marriot fan can dream.

  10. “We’ve had one gag order yes, but what about 2nd gag order?”

  11. How is there anyone left that isn’t completely exhausted of this guy already?

  12. Put him in Big Boy Time-Out, judge.

If his nightmare parents would have done that when he was a young spoiled little narcissistic liar, maybe he would have learned something.

  13. I love the look on Habba’s face, like she’s witnessing a multiple fatality car crash.

  14. I think he’s doing this on purpose to try to violate the gag so he gets punished so his cult members will revolt. He will pleased

  15. Please, for the love of god, for the prospect that liberty might endure, lock this menace to common decency up.

  16. Thirty days in jail. Gen pop. Put him in with all the people who he says, love him.

  17. Take away the most important thing to him…money. Fine him increasing amounts each offense. I don’t think there is any way a judge here in this case is going to throw him in jail but that would be fucking hilarious.

  18. Maybe I’m not seeing it, but why would you antagonize the guy who has you by the balls and can destroy your entire company?

  19. After crossing the line a 103rd time without real consequences, that a normal citizen would have been thrown in jail for on the first, the threat of action has lost all meaning.

The people that repeat it have lost credibility and we are left with only the empty feeling of watching the very rich being allowed to do whatever they want in the face of a legal system that swears there are no double standards.

  20. He’s doing the usual “antagonize the enemy so I can claim unfair treatment by those who don’t like me antagonizing them” bit.

He’s a low level Mobster with grandiose notions of becoming a dictater. Always has been, always will be.

  21. But the judge needs balls to order him jailed. And no judge apparently has the balls to “lock him up”

  22. Trump is irrelevant. He was a one/term president. Everybody’s saying it. The best people think he’s a laughing stock.
