Just do it. Let the Russians complain and sue, and then tell them to fuck off. What are they going to do about it? Start a war with Ukraine?
1. Provide owners of said assets with honorary citizenship.
2. Provide proof that they are bypassing sanctions by doing business with Russia.
3. Sieze assets with terrorism charges.
4. Use the 9/11 government overreach laws to keep the assets and do what you want with them.
