I think maybe here is the solution to the Republicans attempting to limit spending in Ukraine. The US sells weapons to Nato members at a bargain price, just as they’re allowed to do without the Republicans needing to poke their Putin snot covered noses in, then those Nato members “give” those weapons to Ukraine.
