7. What’s so “air quotes” about everything tropical? Any time the remnants of a hurricane come through here, news sites will always put air quotes around “extratropical cyclone/storm” as if that’s some new term that hasn’t been in use for decades.

8. i still remember that ruthless heatwave in early September when rumor has it, some people’s balls got sweaty when they walked outside.

   Awful, glad I didn’t hear about many people dying and hopefully we somehow survive these extreme temperatures.

9. Every time people put on their winter clothes, it gets cold.

   I’d everyone would just leave their shorts and T-shirts on, it’s straight through til next spring.
